Personal trainers Kelli and Daniel created Fitness Blender with the purpose of providing a variety of exercise and meal plans that are easily accessible and affordable. You can even access several workout videos for free. Every workout program varies in length, from 10 minutes to 45 minutes and don’t worry about not having any weights: Fitness Blender offers workout programs where you don’t need them.
Rebecca Louise Fitness: Rebecca Louise is another fantastic personal trainer who thoroughly enjoys sharing her passion for health and fitness with the world at an incredibly affordable price. You can subscribe to her YouTube channel for free or download her app. Even though I’ve never met her in person, in every video, she’s always incredibly bubbly and encouraging, those things I like to see in a fitness professional. She even offers opportunities for aspiring fitness coaches to join her team.
